Freight — average 3 to 10 business days
All shipping methods apply to business days, not weekends or holidays. Some products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. Not all items are available for all shipping methods. From time to time we may offer specials on shipping for individual items or categories.
Shipping fees are calculated by the weight, dimensions, destination and shipping method. We reserve the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. Shipping can be affected by: rural delivery locations, shipment requires multiple pallets, delivery to an island, etc. You will be immediately notified of additional shipping charges.

We understand that customers may need discreet packaging for privacy purposes. Please let us know if you have any special needs and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Where do we ship to?
We ship within the contiguous 48 states, as well as to *Alaska and *Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States.
*Promotions and/or discounts for shipping do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer local pickup.
Missing, Lost and Stolen Packages
Growhouse.supply is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on what time the order is received. Out of stock items may delay shipments, customer will be notified on timing and alternative options. Orders not being shipped ground must be received by 11 am (EST) or they will be shipped the following business day. Shipping options are estimated from time of shipping, not from the time the order was placed.
Orders may be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor to reduce cost and shipping time. Some orders may be shipped from multiple locations. Customers are not charged for any additional shipping fees incurred if we send your order in multiple packages.
Freight Deposits & Estimates
Freight rates are refundable estimates. Actual freight will be Quoted at time of order and adjusted before shipping. If freight costs are adjusted, the customer will be notified of the change in rate before order is shipped, for their approval.
Oversized items will be shipped on pallets (i.e., large orders, reflectors, dehumidifiers, soil, etc.). Freight shipments are sent from the closest facility. Customers will need to inspect for damage incurred via transit. If your freight shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately. DO NOT accept shipment if there is any damage.
Your signature on the freight bill confirms you have received your shipment/order in acceptable condition. Once signed, there is no reimbursement of product costs, freight charges, or any other charges incurred by you from Growhouse.supply.
